CONSTRUCTION UNLIMITED, INC. is a multi-faceted specialty construction company with three major divisions. The first being the above ground and underground bulk storage tank installations. We specialize in piping and bulk storage of LNG, Propane, Butane, Natural Gas and chemical installations. The second is the utility installations and underground tank removals. The third division takes care of scheduled maintenance and mechanical contracting. We are not a gas supplier and not in competition with bulk suppliers. With expertise in each of these fields we are able to keep busy all year round. This is very important so we can retain our employees.
Our philosophy concerning our employees is simple. Our employees are very important to us.
Then again without you the client C.U.I. could not afford to have employees. We look at every project in the sense... If this were my project, what dedication? what conveniences? and what measures would I install in order to work this project at peak efficiency? Each of our projects that we bid on have a Scope of Work and Proposal. Many clients have commended us for our Scope of Work with the explanation of the project in definite detail. We are very competitive in pricing. A dollar figure is very important,! Equally important is reliability, integrity, warranty, experience and education. Those attributes do not come free.
